Which donations count?
Completed PayPal/card payments and GCash receipts confirmed as paid by an admin count in USD. Pending, failed, test, refunded, and reversed amounts do not. Progress belongs to the account receiving the RPS, not to a character or guild. Crypto is not included.
When do new privileges unlock?
Your rank updates after a qualifying payment is confirmed. The new bonus applies to your next checkout; the donation that reaches the milestone keeps the reward shown at checkout. Existing receipts and checkout offers keep their recorded rewards.
Where does the mall discount apply?
Your discount applies automatically to personal purchases in the website’s RPS Item Mall, at the displayed price. Gifts, the Free Mall, Exchange Market, guild logos, and gacha are excluded. Savings are rounded down per item.
Does VIP expire?
There is no monthly subscription or seasonal reset. Your rank is based on eligible lifetime support. Refunds, payment reversals, or corrected receipts can reduce progress; payment reviews can temporarily pause privileges. Benefits do not stack across ranks.
Are old donations included?
Existing verified PayPal records and approved GCash receipts are included. If an older receipt is missing, contact support with the payment reference for review. RPS balances, gifts, and promotional grants do not count as donations.
How do fee-free Exchange Market sales work?
Active VIP I–V sellers keep 100% of the sale price on normal Exchange Market sales, auction buyouts and completed auctions. The standard seller fee is 10%, rounded down to whole RPS. Eligibility is checked when the sale completes. Buyers still pay the listed price. This does not refund fees from earlier sales.
Can I use an animated guild logo for free?
Yes. Active VIP I–V accounts can apply animated logos from the guild logo library without paying RPS. You must still be the guild master. Normal logos are free for everyone; animated logos cost 10,000 RPS for non-VIP accounts. Your existing logo stays in place if VIP benefits later become inactive. Future changes use your current eligibility.
